Services
Delivery:
All our products are tested before they are sent to the client. They are packed in special boxes to ensure that they arrive perfectly at the destination.
Assembly:
All our kinetic products are delivered completely assembled with the exception of the pendulum which can be hung after mounting the clock.
Guarantee:
On all kinetic artworks there is a 5 year warranty (material/work). Not included in the guarantee are damages caused by vandalism or improper handling.
Service:
All kinetic artworks are constructed in a way that there are no maintenance is required. On request a member of our service team will be at disposal.
